Terms and Conditions

By paying for the training programme, you accept the terms and conditions below.

1. Communication

• All individual communication must take place by email to academy@sansespace.dk.
• We create a joint Facebook Messenger group for information and coordination. This group is exclusively for group messages.
• In the event of illness or urgent circumstances, you must contact Marie directly by phone call. SMS messages or messages in the group do not count as valid notification of illness.

2. Attendance Requirement, Absence and Make-up

• There is a full attendance requirement for all teaching days.
• In the event of absence – even just half a day – you cannot complete the programme as planned.
• Missed teaching must be made up on the next scheduled training programme. It is not possible to wait longer, as this creates too large a learning gap and you fall out of the rhythm.
• It is not possible to receive individual replacement lessons or special consideration in relation to your own calendar.

3. Active Participation and Own Effort

• We expect you to participate actively in all teaching sessions and engage in both theory and practice.
• You are expected to attend and study Reformer classes throughout the training programme to support your learning.
• Lack of engagement or passive participation may result in you not being approved for the exam.

4. Exam Conditions

• You can only take the exam once you have completed the entire teaching programme.
• If you do not pass the exam, you can take a re-examination upon payment of a fee of DKK 2,000
• Registration for the re-examination takes place by email, and the time of the re-examination is agreed individually.

5. Payment and Binding Registration

• Your place is only secured once payment has been received.
• Payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or absence, including illness.
• By making payment, you accept all terms and conditions in this document.
